  5. My name's Nick, a.k.a. Graves1295@aol.com, and this is the first Windows 95 Theme that I have ever made for public usage.

  7. It is distributed as freeware, so charging for the usage of it is prohibited and stuff.

  9. The cursors for this Theme were created by myself using Microangelo Version 2.0
  10.  
  11. Icons were created using Microangelo Version 2.0 and Photo Icons 1.45
  12.  
  13. The contents of this theme should be placed in C:/Program Files/Plus!/Themes/NYRTheme/
  14.  
  15. The ".Theme" file should go in the C:/Program Files/Plus!/Themes/ folder.

  17. The waves for this Theme were all found either on the internet or from sources that mailed them to me over time, and are therefore considered public domain and not under copyright.

  19. I certainly hope that no one has any problem with any of the content of this theme, but if anyone has any problem, contact me at Graves1295@aol.com and the matter will be handled.

  21. The wallpaper looks better if you have it tiled instead of centered or stretched to fit the entire screen, so I suggest that it is done by you, the theme user.
